My Story
Hi, I’m John — but everyone calls me Ferrari.
Even my wife calls me Ferrari, I met her while we were both working for the government. Originally from New Jersey, I’ve called the Grand Strand home for more than 33 years. I first came here on business in the 1980s, fell in love with the area, and quickly realized this was where I wanted to raise my children and build a life. It didn’t take long before I made the Grand Strand my permanent home.
After leaving government service in 2021, I became a private government contractor in Florida with the Department of Homeland Security. For the past five years, I was responsible for helping ensure the safety and security of approximately 4.5 million passengers each year.
Throughout my career, I learned that integrity, honesty, and communication are the foundation of any successful relationship. I also learned that listening is often more important than talking, and that the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration. Those principles have guided me throughout my professional and personal life. They’ve taught me that every business is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping others.
Having moved around quite a bit myself, I understand the uncertainty that can come with buying, selling, or even renting a home.
